Care South is seeking a full time Care Coordinator to join our Somerset Care at Home team, based in Crewkerne. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in helping to run a rapidly expanding office and coordinating a great care team.

About You:
- Good organisational skills and able to work in a fast paced changeable environment
- Holder of an enhanced DBS on the update service or prepared to undertake one
- Confident telephone manner and people skills
- Sound IT knowledge
- Experience of care delivery management systems is desirable but not essential
- Prior experience of frontline care delivery would be advantageous
- Prepared to join the weekend on-call rota
