About the Role
Care South at Home is seeking an experienced Domiciliary Care Worker to join our Somerset team. As a valued member of our community-based service, you will provide high-quality support to enable individuals to remain independent in their own homes across Crewkerne and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a care setting, be flexible with hours, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and reporting skills are essential.

This is a part-time role, requiring up to 20 hours per week, with shifts between 7 am and 10 pm, including alternative weekend working. You will be responsible for supporting clients with various needs, ensuring their dignity, and helping with personal care tasks such as hygiene, toileting, and dressing.

The salary for this position is approximately £14.40 per hour, with a mileage allowance of 40p per mile, paid fortnightly. Additionally, you will receive free uniform, DBS, and Life Assurance.
