About Us

Care South, a leading not-for-profit social care organisation, is seeking a highly skilled Adult Care Manager to join its Somerset Care at Home team.

This full-time position, based in our Crewkerne office, offers a competitive salary of £24,650 per annum, along with excellent benefits and opportunities for career advancement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of high-quality care services, working closely with the Planning Team and supported by the Deputy Manager and Registered Manager.

A key aspect of this role is front-of-house duties, helping to run a rapidly expanding office and coordinating a great care team.

We are looking for an individual with experience as a Care Coordinator or in a similar role, who possesses excellent organisational skills, a confident telephone manner, and sound IT knowledge.
