Home Care Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Care Support Worker to join our team at Care South at Home. As a key member of our community-based care team, you will provide high-quality support to enable individuals to remain independent in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as toileting, dressing, and bathing.
- Support clients to build confidence and return to independent living.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and their families, providing empathy and understanding to meet their individual needs.
- Previous experience in a care setting is required.
- Flexible availability, including early morning and late evening shifts, is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- An enhanced DBS check on the update service is required.
- A competitive salary of £12.00 per hour (weekdays) and £14.00 per hour (weekends).
- Paid mileage allowance of 40p per mile.
- A 'Refer a Friend' bonus scheme, offering £500 for successful referrals.
