About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced A&E nurse to lead our team in Somerset. As a Minor Injuries Unit Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing expert care to patients, managing a team of nurses, and supporting the Matron/lead nurse in delivering local and national audits.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to manage a team effectively, and have a minimum of 6 months UK NHS experience. They will also be NMC registered and have excellent medical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Minor Injuries Unit team
  • Provide expert care to patients
  • Manage a team of nurses
  • Support Matron/lead nurse in delivering local and national audits

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £42-52 per hour, depending on experience.
