The post holder will need to liaise and communicate with the following individuals on a daily basis as part of their role within Facilities: Facilities Team Leader Facilities Team Facilities Manager / Deputy Estates Team Hospital Matron / Ward Managers Ward Team Infection Control Team Departmental Teams Contractors/Suppliers Government Bodies Communicate effectively with all accountable staff, to explain technical and practical issues (e.g. catering techniques/procedures, manual handling, Train the Trainer). Develops and maintains a strong working relationship with Ward Sisters and Nursing teams.
