We are looking for a caring and compassionate Relief Care and Support Assistant to join our McCarthy Stone team.
Key Responsibilities- Support residents with daily living tasks, including personal care and household chores.
- Participate in community events and activities that promote social interaction and well-being among residents.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- A friendly and approachable attitude, with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in care or a related field (not required).
- A Health and Social Care Level 2 qualification (beneficial but not essential).
- A competitive salary range of £25,000-£30,000 per annum.
