The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering front-of-house and behind-the-scenes services, assisting customers with library-related queries and completing administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include undertaking back-office duties, performing physical work, and engaging directly with customers to develop their reading and learning skills.

**Key Requirements**
- Educated to GCSE level Maths and English
- Relevant experience in library, information delivery, or customer care service delivery within a community context
- Familiarity with Internet, Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access
