International Employee Benefits Strategist

A highly rewarding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Global Employee Benefits Director to join a leading global asset management firm. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of international benefits, ideally covering EMEA and APAC.
The role will involve shaping the future of employee benefits across the firm's international region, including evolving the international benefit agenda, developing new strategies, and leading the wellbeing strategy. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a close-knit HR team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the international benefit agenda; identify gaps, support new entities following M&A activity, and define a future-proof agenda for the firm.
- Develop new strategies in partnership with the evolution of the business.
- Liaise with overseas counterparts and build relationships successfully.
- Lead and own the wellbeing strategy, working closely with HRBPs to build initiatives.
Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Must have deep experience of international benefits, ideally covering EMEA and APAC, and proven experience delivering benefit, wellbeing, and pension offerings in multiple countries.
- Ability to successfully manage and influence stakeholders.
- Strong decision-making skills and adept at working autonomously.
- Financial Services exposure is required but will also consider any regulated, high-touch professional services environment.
- Significant end-to-end employee benefit renewal processes across multiple jurisdictions.
- Strategic experience.
- Experience with Workday will be advantageous.
Estimated salary: £120-130,000 per annum plus strong on-target bonus.
