We are seeking an experienced care professional to join our team in a supported living home in St Austell. As a care professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients, promoting their independence and well-being.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and external agencies. You will also have experience of working in a similar role and hold relevant qualifications such as a Diploma in Health and Social Care.

Salary: £12.00 per hour

This is a part-time position, with a competitive hourly rate. The pay rate has been calculated based on the location and industry standards.

Job Description:

As a care professional, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients
  • Assisting clients with daily tasks and activities
  • Encouraging clients to participate in social activities and events

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience of working in a supported living environment
  • Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
