Experienced Care Manager Wanted

SCR is looking for an experienced care manager to join our team and lead our residential care home in the Truro area. As a registered manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional person-centered care, managing a team of staff, and ensuring that the home meets the highest standards of care.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership and management, with a focus on staff development and retention. A competitive salary package of up to £45,000 per annum will be offered, reflecting the importance of this role.
The position requires a qualified individual with a QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification, NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care, or equivalent. Prior experience working in older people's or dementia care homes is essential, with a proven ability to manage staff and maintain high-quality care standards.
