Culinary Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Services Manager to lead our Catering Team at Exemplar Health Care in Liverpool. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing healthy and inviting meals for the people we support.

This is an exciting opportunity to use your cooking skills to make a real difference every day. You will manage the day-to-day running of the kitchen, prepare, cook and serve food, and ensure that your Catering Team complies with food hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service delivery
  • Prepare and present menus that cater to varied dietary requirements
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing Catering Team, providing coaching and guidance as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and complete relevant checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • A cook with a flair for creating delicious and nutritious meals
  • Excellent team player, able to coordinate, support and motivate a team
  • Experienced in managing kitchen operations and staff
  • Adaptable and flexible, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

We like our Culinary Services Managers to have, or be working towards, a Level 3 Food Hygiene qualification. Salary: £31,200 per annum based on 40 hours per week (£12.50 per hour)
