Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Carers Development Specialist to join our team at Sefton Carers Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of carers in Sefton.

The successful candidate will work closely with carers to identify their needs and goals, providing support and guidance to help them build confidence and self-esteem.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work with carers to set and achieve goals, focusing on skills development and personal growth.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to carers, helping them to manage their caring responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with other agencies and services to ensure carers receive the support they need.

  • Friendly and approachable manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
