**Job Description:** Nurse Specialist in Renal Care

**Location:** Liverpool, UK

Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Specialist in Renal Care to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, education, and support to patients and carers affected by renal disease.

The Nurse Specialist in Renal Care will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, provide education and support to patients and carers, and contribute to the development of our renal services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Providing education and support to patients and carers
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Contributing to the development of renal services

**Requirements:**

  • Registered Nurse, current NMC registration
  • Diploma in Nursing or equivalent
  • Experience in nephrology nursing, preferably in a hospital setting

**Salary:** £36,071 - £46,323 per annum, depending on experience
