Wholesale Sales Manager Job Description

Fella & Jones is seeking a highly skilled Wholesale Sales Manager to join our team. As a Wholesale Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining existing accounts and developing new ones, driving business growth and expanding our client base globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with existing clients to maintain and develop account relationships
  • Set and manage selling margins, taking into account direct costs
  • Manage all invoices and purchase orders, ensuring timely clearance
  • Increase customer spend through staff training and identifying new opportunities
  • Grow customer numbers within the wholesale business while maintaining excellent service
  • Take P&L responsibility for sales, delivery, and justifying results to the Commercial Director
  • Ensure the brand is positioned correctly in the local and wider market, in line with brand strategy
  • Possess a deep understanding of the collection and brand ambition
  • Expand business by organizing sales meetings and visiting customers on the road
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in developing relationships with Buyers and meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Self-starter with strong organization and communication skills, and excellent telephone manner
  • Confident in showing and selling the collection in the showroom and on the road
  • Strong interest in Luxury retail industry and design
  • Ideally, candidates will be working in a similar role within a luxury brand
