The Role

We're seeking a Senior People Partner to join our fast-paced, growth-oriented organization. As a key member of our People team, you'll partner with leaders and managers to develop and deliver clear people plans, providing HR support and guidance while anticipating and mitigating risks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • HR Business Partnering: Collaborate with leaders to develop and deliver people plans, providing HR support and guidance.
  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Design and deliver targeted solutions with a focus on scale and growth, including organization design, demand forecasting, and skills assessment.
  • Management Advisory: Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
  • People Programmes: Contribute to the development and management of targeted programmes and policies that unlock our people strategy.
  • DEI: Foster diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring an inclusive workforce where everyone feels valued and respected.
  • Employee Engagement: Facilitate the delivery of an empowering and engaging employee communications and change management process.
What You'll Bring

We're looking for a seasoned HR professional with 7+ years of experience in business partnership and strategic HR management.
