Neonatal Nurse Leader

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse to lead our team in delivering high-quality care to neonates and their families. As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining clinical leadership and management in the care of neonates and their families.
Key Responsibilities
• Co-ordinate the nursing team in delivering effective quality care, following a patient-centred model of practice, in accordance with local, Service Line and Trust policies and guidelines.
• Assist the team leader in the administrative management, supervision and support of a team of nurses and ancillary staff.
• Participate in Network NICU service development and initiate evidence-based practice.
• Contribute to resource management in the provision of neonatal services and engage in Clinical Governance initiatives within the Directorate.
Requirements
• Demonstrable experience in neonatal intensive care at Band 5.
• Demonstrable experience of teaching and mentorship.
• Evidence of Continuous Professional Development.
Desirable
• Management and leadership skills.
• Enhanced clinical practice skills.
