About the Role
Our hospital in Plymouth, part of Practice Plus Group, is seeking a skilled Nurse Leader to join its team.
This is an exciting opportunity to demonstrate your leadership and clinical skills as a Deputy Ward Manager. You will support all staff working on the ward, helping to ensure high-quality patient care.
As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will coordinate and facilitate patient care within the department.
We welcome applications from experienced nurses across various backgrounds, whether NHS or private hospitals. Your role will involve planning your week with ease, knowing your work schedule won't change.
We focus on providing patients with quick, high-quality treatment in clean and comfortable surroundings. Our great nurse-to-patient ratios at Practice Plus Group Hospitals make this an ideal place to work.
The ward is comprised of experienced nurses and healthcare assistants, supported by a welcoming Ward Manager.
You will be responsible for coordinating patient care, taking into account the needs of each individual.
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £46,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will benefit from:
