About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Development Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth in the agriculture, logistics, quarrying, recycling, construction, industrial, and waste management sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales revenue.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to understand technical requirements and product capabilities.
  • Organize and attend industry shows and exhibitions to showcase products and build brand awareness.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales development and customer engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of the agriculture, logistics, quarrying, recycling, construction, industrial, and waste management industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive basic salary of £35,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience.
  • A commission scheme that rewards outstanding performance.
  • A comprehensive benefits package including company pension scheme, 20 days holiday allowance plus bank holidays, car allowance or use of a company vehicle, company mobile phone, full product training, and all PPE provided.
