People Business Partner

About the Role
We are seeking a talented People Business Partner to join our People Performance team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Retail teams to deliver our people plans and support the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business.
- Hold regular reviews with stakeholders to review their people, covering all elements of the colleague experience.
- Work with other teams within the People function, including Recruitment and Learning & Development.
- Complete talent reviews with stakeholders, agreeing actions and proactively monitoring progress of these.
- Support succession planning for key roles.
- Support the upskilling of managers.
- Maintain a focus on colleague engagement.
- Support with new store openings and closure processes.
- Manage employee relations cases.
Requirements
- Ideal previous experience in a similar generalist HR/People role.
- Proven experience of managing employee relations cases, including complex cases.
- Experience of working within a highly customer-centric or retail environment.
- Confidence working with data.
- Natural curiosity and ability to solve problems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to make impact and build effective relationships.
- Ability to collaborate, persuade and influence.
- Assertive, resilient and tenacious with ability to work well under pressure and overcome setbacks and changing priorities.
