Job Description

The Strategic People Partner will be responsible for supporting various stakeholders across the organization, including senior leaders, managers, and employees. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of People Performance to develop and implement people solutions aligned with business objectives.

This includes creating and implementing a People Plan for business areas, identifying talent attraction, retention, and development opportunities, and providing support to managers in proactively managing employee relations issues.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To create and implement a People Plan for business areas, aligning with the overall Frasers Group People strategy.
  • To identify and develop talent attraction, retention, and development opportunities.
  • To support managers in proactively managing employee relations issues.
Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a diverse industry and HR expertise, with proven success in partnering roles in fast-paced, multi-location, and complex businesses. They will also have experience partnering various Head Office functions and working as part of a high-performing team within a highly customer-centric service or retail environment.

Able to establish effective relationships, collaborate, persuade, and influence, the ideal candidate will also have the ability to shape and lead initiatives/change projects, interpret and analyze data, and propose actions to drive positive change.
