Job Summary
As part of the People Partnering team, you will support a range of stakeholders and report directly into the Head of People Performance. This role has the scope to make a significant impact on the performance of Frasers Group as you will partner with stakeholders, deliver people solutions aligned to business objectives.
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to create and implement a People Plan for business areas, with actions that support the delivery of the overall Frasers Group People strategy. Main focus areas will be organisation design, ensuring roles and structures are fit for purpose, talent attraction, retention, and development to support succession planning, as well as supporting Managers to proactively manage employee relations issues.
You will work collaboratively with other People teams to deliver transformational change projects and act as a visible advocate for our purpose and values, creating an environment where our values are demonstrated consistently. This will enable you to identify and build best practice frameworks, solutions, processes, and tools that can be used in the business to enhance people/business performance and achieve our vision.
Requirements
- Diverse industry and HR expertise, with proven success in partnering roles in fast-paced, multi-location, and complex businesses.
- Experience partnering various Head Office functions.
- Experience as part of a high-performing team within a highly customer-centric service or retail environment.
- Ability to establish effective relationships in order to collaborate, persuade, and influence.
- Able to shape and lead initiatives/change projects.
- Can interpret and analyse data and propose actions to drive positive change.
- Assertive, resilient, and tenacious with the ability to work well under pressure and overcome setbacks.
