Help Desk Operations Associate

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Help Desk Operations Associate to join our team at Hays Careers. As a Help Desk Operations Associate, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Managing and fulfilling requests for service
- Resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner
- Following process documentation and instruction to ensure the resolution of incidents and fulfillment of requests according to business requirements
- Capturing and recording all information and data as directed by the IT Management System
- Carrying out qualitative checks on all relevant IT systems
- Carrying out general administrative tasks
- Communicating potential/current issues with team members
- Managing workload demands within tight deadlines
Requirements:
- Understanding of IT operational support frameworks
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation:
The compensation package for this position includes a salary of £15.62 per hour (umbrella), equivalent to approximately £7,500-£8,000 net pay based on a 3-month contract.
