We are looking for someone who is able to work collaboratively with our teams to deliver high-quality food and service while maintaining profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new menu concepts that drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Liaise with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and ensure efficient inventory management
  • Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to maintain exceptional standards of food quality and presentation
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in culinary operations
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement marketing strategies that promote our culinary offerings

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a senior chef or culinary leader in a similar environment
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • BSc in Hospitality Management or related field (desirable)
