Job Summary
">We are seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and providing guidance and support to the care team.

">Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality care and provide guidance and support to the care team while leading by example.">
- Review and update care plans to ensure they meet residents' needs and wishes.">
- Plan and review staff rotas to guarantee care support is available at all times.">
- Maintain high standards of care by ensuring exceptional care duties are delivered and all staff are supervised appropriately.">
- Ensure all areas across the Care Home are kept clean, tidy, and pleasant for residents and family members.">
- Promote the Home professionally and raise awareness within the local community.">
- Take ownership of delivering quality care as a leader.">
What We Offer
">The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £19,133 per annum, based on a hourly rate of £11.15. This full-time role involves working 36 hours per week on night shifts.
