At Meallmore Ltd., we're seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to support our registered nurses and team leaders in delivering exceptional care services. As a vital member of our team, you'll be responsible for assessing, planning, and evaluating the care needs of individuals, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with care staff and departments to achieve holistic outcomes.
- Provide positive work areas and practices to ensure safety and compliance with standards and policies.
- Carry out personal care duties with compassion and dignity.
- Experience working as a care assistant or support worker in a care setting.
- SVQ level 3 or above/equivalent in Social Services and Healthcare.
- PDA/Equivalent in Supervision.
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
- Competitive hourly rate: £45 + overtime rates.
- 28 days annual leave pro rata.
