We are looking for a dedicated Healthcare Assistant Supervisor to join our team at Oakbank Care Home in Crieff. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our care services and delivering exceptional care to our residents.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for supervising care assistants, managing care activities, and ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care. They will also be involved in various aspects of care delivery, including emergency response, documentation, and professional development.
- Supervise care assistants and provide guidance and support.
- Manage care activities, including medication administration and documentation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve high standards of care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and other stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
- Practical Medication Administration with competencies.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor, with excellent communication skills.
We offer a competitive salary of £13-£13.50 per hour, plus benefits including pension, onsite parking, paid PVG, uniform provided, and 5.6 weeks annual leave.
