We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Care Team Coordinator at Bartra Healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support and leadership to our Health Care Assistants' team, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care.

About the Position

The successful candidate will work closely with our clinical team to assess patients' needs, train new staff, and oversee the day-to-day supervision of the team. This is a challenging but rewarding role that requires a cheerful and compassionate nature, as well as strong judgment, initiative, and problem-solving skills.

Main Duties
  • Clinical: Develop a deep understanding of each patient's care plan, promoting their good health and wellbeing. Liaise with the Nursing Team regarding complex needs.
  • Supervisory: Delegate tasks effectively, monitor HCA activities, and ensure compliance with policies. Keep the team updated on changes to care plans or resident's health status.
  • Learning & Development: Identify training needs and encourage staff development, promoting a culture of learning and growth.

This role offers a competitive salary package, including private healthcare, educational support, and opportunities for career progression. The estimated annual salary for this position is €48,000 - €58,000 depending on experience.

Requirements


  • Full QQI Level 5 qualifications.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Residential, Hospital environment.
  • Previous experience as a Team Leader/Mentor.
