Job Title: Import and Export Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Import and Export Operations Specialist to join our team at Seagull SA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of import and export transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate import and export transactions, including documentation management and freight booking
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Ensure accurate and complete records for all import and export transactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and freight forwarders
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; BA in related field a plus
