Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Knightsbridge Commercial, a leading business sales broker in the UK. As part of the K3 Capital Group Plc, we offer a comprehensive nationwide service to business owners looking to sell their companies.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with clients (small business owners) to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Expand our exceptional services to warm inbound leads, ensuring timely and effective responses to client inquiries.
- Provide guidance and advice on the business sale process, prioritizing discretion and empathy when working with clients.
- Liaise with a team of Commercial Directors across the UK to arrange meetings and ensure smooth communication.
- Utilize our comprehensive in-house CRM system to manage client interactions and track progress.
- Collaborate with internal outbound sales teams to qualify potential appointments and minimize cancellations.
- Monitor and optimize meeting levels across multiple Commercial Directors to maintain acceptable numbers.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other productivity tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
