Job Title: Digital Marketing Transformation Specialist

Elanco is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Engagement Global team, you will be responsible for shaping Elanco's digital customer engagement activities in Region International.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a digital marketing transformation strategy to drive business results across the organization.
  • Work cross-functionally with the Customer Engagement Global team, Elanco IT, and Sales and Marketing leaders to establish a foundational framework for digital customer engagement.
  • Design and implement automated processes to drive business results and adoption of Elanco's omnichannel customer engagement model.
  • Develop and implement a communications approach that drives a closed marketing loop between sales and marketing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • B2B digital marketing experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience with monitoring campaign performance, identifying areas for campaign optimization, and communicating recommendations to business partners.
  • Exposure to technology platforms for content distribution, mobile technologies, digital merchandising, digital design, user experience, digital marketing, and CRM.
  • Understanding of how customer behaviors and technology are impacting animal health.
  • Understanding the value of a CRM tool and how to incorporate it in an omnichannel digital strategy.
  • Experience driving and executing complex projects and the ability to create simplicity out of a complex situation.
