At Icips, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Process Lead to drive business growth and improvement. With a strong background in process analysis and optimisation, you will lead the development and implementation of strategies to enhance efficiency, safety, and effectiveness.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and make a meaningful impact on our business. As a Strategic Process Lead, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and implementing strategies to optimise production processes, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to lead and facilitate IPS Business Systems initiatives, provide training and mentorship to associates, and develop and maintain performance metrics to track the success of continuous improvement initiatives.

We are looking for a talented individual with excellent project management and change management skills, who can devise, manage, and oversee continuous improvement projects from initiation to completion. If you have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, and strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, we would love to hear from you

Estimated salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
