We're seeking a skilled Duty Manager to lead our team at Cambridge (A14, J32) Premier Inn. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience, managing our housekeeping and leadership teams, and driving excellence in all aspects of hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Collaborate with our leadership and housekeeping teams to drive operational excellence
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and control hotel operations, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
