Due to continued growth, we're recruiting for a Senior Traffic Operations Manager to support our mobile and enforcement team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead your front-line team to ensure the delivery of the contract is maintained to the highest standards and client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the Service Delivery Manager.
  • Create, prepare, and maintain the enforcement plan, monitoring its success on a daily basis.
  • Manage staff performance in line with our company policies.
  • Ensure staff comply with Health and Safety requirements in all aspects of their work.

Requirements
  • Strong leadership skills.

  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Strong Computer skills specifically in Excel.
  • Knowledge of the Traffic Management Act 2004 or experience in a parking enforcement environment would be an advantage.
  • A driver's licence and 1 year driving experience is a requirement for this post.
  • Able to work out of hours if required.
