Join Our Team as a Senior Traffic Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Traffic Attendant to join our team at Marston Holdings Ltd. As a Senior Traffic Attendant, you will be responsible for leading our front-line team to ensure the delivery of our parking and street management solutions to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Traffic Attendants to ensure the successful delivery of our services
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the Service Delivery Manager
  • Create, prepare, and maintain enforcement plans and monitor their success on a daily basis
  • Manage staff performance in line with our company policies
  • Ensure staff comply with Health and Safety requirements in all aspects of their work

Requirements:
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor and motivate others
  • First-class customer service experience and ability to communicate well at all levels
  • Self-motivated and customer-focused with a love of working outdoors
  • Ability to work shifts and on own initiative
  • Strong computer skills, specifically in Excel, and knowledge of the TMA 2004 or experience in a parking enforcement environment
  • A driver's license and 1 year of driving experience is a requirement for this post
