About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Traffic Attendant to join our mobile and enforcement team. As a Senior Traffic Attendant, you will be responsible for leading your front-line team to ensure the delivery of the contract is maintained to the highest standards and to the complete satisfaction of the client.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead your front-line team to ensure the delivery of the contract is maintained to the highest standards and to the complete satisfaction of the client
Provide regular reports and updates to the Service Delivery Manager
Create, prepare and maintain the enforcement plan and to monitor the success of those on-going on a daily basis
Manage staff performance in line with our company policies
Ensure that staff comply with Health and Safety requirements in all aspects of their work
