Traffic Management Leader

Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Senior Traffic Attendant to join our mobile and enforcement team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead your front-line team to deliver contracts with exceptional standards and client satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the Service Delivery Manager.
- Create, prepare, and maintain the enforcement plan and monitor its success on a daily basis.
- Manage staff performance according to company policies.
- Ensure staff adhere to Health and Safety requirements in all work aspects.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include:
