Senior Underwriter, Terrorism and Political Violence Specialist

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Underwriter to join our team in London, working on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for influencing and implementing underwriting profit goals in Terrorism and Political Violence risks, in accordance with our business plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement underwriting strategies to achieve profitability in Terrorism and Political Violence risks.
- Ensure underwriting integrity through the appropriate deployment of capacity, while working within Chubb's underwriting guidelines and controls.
- Collaborate with underwriters in other lines of business to maximize cross-sell opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Terrorism and Political Violence risks, as well as the insurance market and competitors.
- Provide exceptional service to brokers and clients, while meeting company standards for policy documentation and compliance.
Requirements:
- Comprehensive understanding and experience of underwriting Terrorism and Political Violence.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- ACII preferred, but not required.
