We are seeking a highly skilled Underwriter to join our Political Violence team at AIG. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our position as a global leader in war and terrorism risks.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate the efficient turnaround of submissions and quotes.
- Support the growth and diversification of our portfolio, including new business and exposure.
- Servicing and retention of our existing portfolio.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers in the Lloyd's market.
- Experience as a Lloyd's market Political Violence Underwriter.
- Detailed knowledge of a range of Political Violence products.
- Chartered Insurance Institute – Advanced Diploma or at least 5 years underwriting experience.
- Self-reliance, use of initiative, and a strong teamwork ethic.
- Excellent verbal, written, and professional communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
