Part-Time Support Worker

We offer companionship and conversation to our clients, stimulating and encouraging them through various activities, such as clothing selection, hobbies, and crafts. Our Care Professionals accompany clients to appointments and social events, fostering trust and personalized support.
Home Help ServicesWe provide light housekeeping tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, washing and ironing, taking out rubbish, and caring for houseplants. Our team members also organize and tidy cupboards, check food expiry dates, and assist with pet care.
Personal CareWe assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as continence care. Our Care Professionals consider and understand the perspective of individuals with Dementia/Alzheimer's, helping them with morning and evening routines.
Essential CriteriaWe seek individuals who can listen, communicate clearly, and build relationships with clients and their families in a friendly and pleasant manner. Respect for people with diverse backgrounds and beliefs is essential, as is a commitment to non-discriminatory care practice.

No specific qualifications are required, but a passion for caring and motivation to help achieve our ambitions is essential. We encourage applications from all sections of the community.
