Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Gaming Operations Manager to oversee our table gaming and Poker activities in the Casino. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading, supporting, and developing the Gaming team to deliver an effective Gaming Operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the Gaming team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Use Tangam Management software and central teams to drive performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure resource planning of the Gaming team to meet operational demand.
  • Drive customer service standards within the Gaming team.
  • Maximise the venue's profitability by managing effective and efficient gaming operations.
  • Be accountable for the smooth running of each casino shift and take decisions in the absence of the GM.
  • Conduct daily management of all aspects of the casino gaming operation, including Poker.
  • Deliver Grosvenor gaming yields, handle growth while ensuring margin efficiency, and deliver Poker growth.
  • Analyse table data to maintain an efficient and profitable gaming operation.
  • Support and consult with the Customer Verifications team to ensure sufficient due diligence for eligible customers.

Requirements

We are looking for a current PML License holder with extensive leadership experience in UK Gaming. You will need to demonstrate previous success in achieving sales and yield targets, as well as a proven record of leading people and communicating standards and targets for a successful casino.

Previous experience may include roles such as Casino Manager, Operations Manager, Senior Casino Manager, Gaming Manager, Casino Operations Manager, or Assistant General Manager.
