Job Title: Administrative Coordinator - HR

At MedSquare, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our HR Business Partner in fulfilling various HR tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with new hire procedures, including onboarding and paperwork
  • Handle employment-related inquiries and maintain employee files and HRIS information
  • Foster positive employee relations and ensure professionalism and confidentiality with sensitive issues
  • Assist with special HR projects and comply with company safety policies

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of processes, equipment, and product specifications
  • Physical capability to meet workplace demands

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an HR-related role
  • Ability to identify problems and solutions
  • Willingness to seek assistance and collaborate with others
  • Strong work ethic, motivation, enthusiasm, and trustworthiness

Work Environment:

Frequent sitting, walking, and standing. Requires good vision and frequent use of eye-hand-finger coordination for office equipment.
