Job Description:
Our client, Wilcock Consultants Ltd, is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to support the efficient delivery of a client project as part of a dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide programme information to internal and external customers in a timely manner
- Establish and maintain systematic document control
- Ensure tasks like Lessons learned, customer feedback etc are completed and recorded
- Track financial metrics on cost actuals against budget
- Review project financial data for anomalies and inconsistencies, escalate and support resolution
Requirements:
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Attention to detail & accuracy whilst managing large volumes of information
- Ability to learn new tools and design a simple system to support a process
- Proactive approach and anticipating what may be needed
- Strong communication & listening skills
- Team worker but with a capability to work alone with a minimum of guidance
- Proficient in office application
