Key Responsibilities
  • Debriefing drivers and completing trackers throughout the day
  • Liaising with the warehouse to provide accurate ETAs for stock arrival
  • Dispatching drivers with correct paperwork and providing excellent customer care
  • Building good working relationships internally and externally
  • Monitoring routes and escalating issues to the Team Manager as needed
Requirements
  • Admin experience and excellent written communication skills
  • Confident telephone manners and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
