Theatre Care Professional Opportunity
Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Operating Department Practitioner or Registered Nurse with an Anaesthetic Qualification to join our Gynaecology and Obstetrics Theatre Team.

This challenging and rewarding role offers the opportunity to work across various specialized theatres, developing your skills and expertise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities and Requirements
- Provide high-quality patient care in line with theatre standards and trust guidelines
- Manage patient flow and prioritize tasks effectively
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and high-quality patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to departmental meetings

Compensation Package
- Salary: £34,382 - £48,514 per annum (dependent on experience)
