We're looking for an exceptional Senior People Relations Specialist to join our team at the Drax Group. As a key member of our HR function, you'll play a critical role in delivering high-quality people relations advice and support across the organisation.

Your main responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective people relations strategies, managing complex employee relations cases, and providing coaching, training, and development interventions to raise leadership capability. You'll need to have a strong understanding of employment law, commercial acumen, and the ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.

We're offering a competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including private healthcare, SAYE (Sharesave) scheme, personal accident cover, and group personal pension plan. You'll also receive 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays and reimbursement of the cost of your annual membership of one relevant and appropriate professional body.
