Role Overview

You will be responsible for providing high-quality people relations advice and support across the Drax Group, ensuring a credible Centre of Excellence. This includes addressing colleague or manager concerns effectively and efficiently while maintaining legal compliance.

About the Role

This position requires an expert in People Relations with extensive knowledge and experience of dealing with complex employee relations cases and demonstratable experience of change management programmes acquired from a large Organisation multi-site background. You will have sound experience of working within a unionised environment and experience of delivering coaching, training and development interventions to raise leadership capability. Up-to-date knowledge of employment law is essential, as well as the ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders with a commercial, pro-active mindset.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of how to balance risk and commercial priorities through the provision of high-quality, pragmatic and flexible HR coaching, advice and support to the business. Using MI data, you will be able to provide analysis on trends, themes and key issues providing recommendations and strategies for improvement.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary estimated at £60,000 per annum, discretionary bonus based on company performance, private healthcare with Vitality, SAYE (Sharesave) scheme, personal accident cover, group personal pension plan where we'll pay up to 10%, holiday 25 days plus bank holidays and reimbursement of the cost of your annual membership of one relevant and appropriate professional body.
