Inventory Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at The People Co. in Ipswich, UK. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic environment and contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of inventory management processes across our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer and maintain inventory management systems, ensuring seamless integration with SAP and other enterprise systems.
* Leverage expertise in SAP to manage stock movements, inventory tracking, and ensure accurate reporting. Resolve any SAP-related issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
* Monitor stock levels, oversee replenishment processes, and ensure the accurate recording of inventory across multiple warehouses.
* Generate and analyze inventory-related reports using SAP and other tools to support inventory management, reduce waste, and ensure product availability.
* Perform regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure physical inventory aligns with system data. Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
* Strong understanding of SAP and its applications in inventory management.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
