**Job Summary**

We are looking for a highly skilled Database Management Coordinator to join our Development & Alumni Relations team. This exciting role will involve supporting the Database Manager and Senior Development Associate in various tasks, including data management, data analysis, and gift administration.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Data capture, validation, hygiene and reporting
  • Preparing acknowledgement letters and assisting with consolidation and reporting of donations

In addition to these responsibilities, there is scope within the role to support the donor stewardship programme and gain experience in fundraising practices.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent numerical skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Task-focused with exceptional attention to detail, delivering high quality, accurate results
  • Proactive and thriving in a busy environment
  • Results-oriented, a fast learner, and accepts responsibility
  • A friendly, enthusiastic and supportive team member
  • Computer literate with strong MS Office skills, including the ability to manipulate and analyse data
  • Able to demonstrate understanding of regulatory and compliance practices surrounding data protection

**Benefits:**

The salary for this position is approximately £29,000 per annum. The College offers an excellent package of benefits, including automatic enrolment into a defined benefit pension scheme, 33 days annual holiday (including Public Holidays), meals on duty, and a medical cashback scheme.
