The Global Healthcare Team

The team provides expert advice to NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts, and medical malpractice insurers of private hospitals, clinics, and practitioners on EL/PL and clinical negligence claims. Their expertise extends to medical insurance coverage, health law, regulatory matters, and representation at inquests and judicial reviews.
The Opportunity
As a successful candidate, you will engage in a diverse array of clinical negligence claims on behalf of NHS Resolution, medical malpractice insurers, private hospitals—including some of the nation's largest independent hospital groups and clinics—and over 60 NHS Trusts. Your role will also encompass supporting healthcare professionals before regulatory bodies such as the GMC, GDC, and NMC. Requirements
Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 PQE or CILEX qualified with relevant experience, excellent client interaction and participation in business development events, and knowledge of insurance and coverage issues.
